5.0 ⭐     17 customer reviews

The Wild Atlantic Way is arguably the most scenic and cultural driving route in Ireland. From north to south, you’ll experience breathtaking views and stunning vistas, stopping along the way to explore some of the most famous attractions on the island – all from the comfort of your coach. Take in the Cliffs of Moher, Connemara, The Giant’s Causeway and more as you delve into the heart and soul of the island. The Wild Atlantic Way truly is a journey you’ll never forget.

Your adventure kicks off at your Ennis hotel around 2:00 PM. Witness the awe-inspiring Cliffs of Moher and share a delightful welcome drink with your fellow travelers before dinner.

Traverse Connemara, a land of sweeping landscapes including bogs and misty mountains. A local guide will accompany you in Galway to explore its narrow streets, medieval city walls, and Lynch's Castle. Later, reach Westport, a town established in 1780, known for its charming shops and traditional pubs often alive with live music.

Discover Westport before departing for Achill Island, accessible via a bridge and offering spectacular views. Explore the Deserted Village, an assembly of 100 stone cottages deserted during the 1840s famine. Lunch awaits you in Keel. Return to Westport to tour the 18th-century Westport House and savor a glass of beer or wine. Enjoy a free evening for independent activities and dining.

Immerse yourself in Irish history at the Museum of Country Life. Traverse through Counties Mayo and Sligo and circumnavigate Donegal Bay. Delight in the Sligo Food Trail, combining a foraging adventure with a tasting experience. The day concludes in Stranorlar.

Embark on the grandeur of the Grand Atlantic Drive, snaking along the coastline through Downings and Rosapenna. Visit Glenveagh National Park, where Captain Adair evicted 225 tenants to construct Glenveagh Castle in 1870. Reach Derry and partake in a guided walking tour of the medieval city walls, the Diamond, and St. Columb's Cathedral. Return to Stranorlar, offering some leisure time before dinner.

Drive along the north coast to uncover the marvel of the Giant's Causeway, with its colossal hexagonal columns formed over 60 million years ago. Traverse the scenic coastal route of the Nine Glens of Antrim to reach Belfast. Pay a visit to Titanic Belfast, dedicated to the history and heritage of the ill-fated Titanic.

Embark on a panoramic tour of Belfast, visiting Down Cathedral, the historical resting place of St. Patrick. Lunch takes place at the Glyde Inn before you proceed to Dublin.

Discover Dublin, including landmarks like St. Stephen's Green and shopping options on Nassau Street. Cross the River Liffey to O'Connell Street and the General Post Office. Delve into traditional whiskey making in the historic district at Dublin Liberties Distillery. In the afternoon, explore independently via the Hop-On, Hop-Off bus tour and redeem your voucher for a visit to a top Dublin attraction such as Guinness Storehouse, Teeling Distillery, EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, or the General Post Office Museum. As the day winds down, venture out for a traditional Irish dinner and entertainment at the Abbey Tavern.

Begin your day with a visit to Blarney Castle to kiss the famed "Stone of Eloquence" and explore the beautiful gardens. Get your fill of quality Irish goods at Blarney Woollen Mills before venturing along the scenic County Cork coastline to picturesque Kinsale and onward to Rosscarbery for your hotel.

Enjoy a free morning for exploration before indulging in an artisan lunch at Heather's Restaurant, nestled in the foothills of the McGillycuddy Reeks. Journey along the coast, passing through Bantry and Kenmare to reach Killarney. Delight in a horse-drawn jaunting car ride with views of Ross Castle on the shores of Killarney's largest lake, Lough Leane. Continue your journey along the Dingle Peninsula, stopping at the South Pole Inn for a traditional Irish coffee and concluding your day in Dingle, where you can explore before dinner at your hotel.

Discover the scenic Dingle Peninsula, characterized by heathery mountains and sandy beaches. Journey to Slea Head to witness skilled dogs rounding up sheep. Embark on a short cruise around Dingle Harbor and Bay, unveiling panoramic views of the Ring of Kerry. Enjoy the afternoon for personal exploration in Dingle.

Visit the rich historical exhibits at the Foynes Flying Boat & Maritime Museum and explore the traditional cottages of Bunratty Folk Park. In the evening, savor a medieval-style feast within the walls of an authentic Irish castle.

Your unforgettable journey concludes after breakfast.
