Embark on your tour at 2:00 PM from your hotel, heading to The Scotch Whisky Experience on the renowned Royal Mile. Immerse yourself in the art and aromas of whisky production, tasting a dram of single malt or blended whisky, and explore the world's largest collection of Scotch whisky. Dinner brings vibrant tales of Scottish history and culture, complemented by a range of flavorful whiskies paired with local dishes. (For departures on August 4 – 20, a visit to the Scotch Whisky Experience is included, but dinner is independent.)

Witness the highlights of central Edinburgh, including the lively Princes Street and the 200-year-old Georgian “New Town.” Stroll a section of the Royal Mile and tour Edinburgh Castle to glimpse the Scottish Crown Jewels. The rest of the day is yours for relaxation or independent exploration. Dinner is at your leisure. (For August 4 – 20 departures, the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo on the Castle Esplanade is included.)

 

Venture through the picturesque Perthshire countryside to the Iain Burnett Highland Chocolatier. Enjoy an expert-led tasting of award-winning chocolates made on-site with sustainable ingredients. Pitlochry offers free time for exploration and independent lunch. Next, visit the romantic Blair Castle, dating back to the 13th century, surrounded by majestic Highland landscapes. Continue to Inverness (Sunday departures) or Nairn (Tuesday departures).

Travel along Loch Ness, passing the iconic Eilean Donan Castle. Cross to the Isle of Skye via bridge and explore Armadale Castle, returning by ferry. Journey the “Road to the Isles,” capturing scenic Glencoe's beauty. Proceed through The Trossachs to your Dunblane hotel.

Tour Stirling Castle, perched on volcanic rock, and delve into the rich history of this 16th-century palace. Drive through southwestern Scotland to Cairnryan, boarding a ferry to Belfast. Dinner is served at your hotel.

Explore the Ulster-Scots history of the Ards Peninsula with a local guide. Visit Titanic Belfast to uncover the ocean liner's history. Enjoy free time in Belfast. Later, savor dinner and entertainment at Crosskeys Inn, a GIT Exclusive.

Marvel at the ocean and mountain views along the Nine Glens of Antrim. Discover the awe-inspiring Giant’s Causeway and explore Dunluce Castle ruins. Experience a walking tour of Derry with a local guide, witnessing the city's transformation into a vibrant cultural hub. Head to Letterkenny for your overnight stay.

 

Visit Glenveagh National Park and its 1870-built castle. Tour the gardens and proceed to Donegal town for shopping at Triona Design. Observe ceramic craftsmanship at Belleek Pottery. Conclude your day at Kilronan Castle, enjoying dinner in the castle’s fine restaurant.

Explore the Arigna Mining Experience, discovering local coal mining history. Visit Lough Key Forest Park, unraveling the landscape's history. Stroll through 19th-century tunnels and the Tree Canopy Bridge for panoramic views. Return to Ballyfarnon village for relaxation in your castle hotel before dinner.

 

In Galway, a local guide leads a walking tour through narrow streets, showcasing medieval city walls and Lynch’s Castle. Journey through the Burren, marveling at its limestone hills. Visit the Cliffs of Moher, standing high above the Atlantic. The evening concludes with a medieval-style banquet at a castle.
